Janie takes us through her progression from her academic background in Organizational Psychology and working in academia developing an online career development course for students to her current role as a freelance instructional designer.
Janie helps us understand how training courses are developed in a manner that learners gain actionable knowledge, and how clients keep track of relevant data so that employees are getting the training that they need.
We also explore her experiences as a freelancer, how she finds clients, and an exciting new venture she's working on to help artisans sell their crafts online.
