In this episode, Dan chats with Erikka Tiffany Wells, the Sales Manager of Volkswagen of Marion in beautiful Marion, Illinois. Erikka's story is one of perserverence, grit, and sheer determination, as she worked her way up from a minimum wage daycare teacher to a successful automotive sales professional. Erikka describes the unique challenges of being a woman of color in a profession historically dominated by white men, and how she's put her own stamp on her dealership and the industry as a whole by recruiting sales professionals from all walks of life. Erikka is also working hard to change the culture of the auto industry via the Women of Color Automotive Network, where she serves as Vice President.
